30132 VENEZIA - VENICE
Is an historic building of early 1900.
- From SANTA LUCIA railway station in Venice (Venezia S.L.)
- From Venezia-Mestre train station
Venezia Mestre train station is located on the mainland and not the actual island of Venice.
All trains travelling on local, national and international routes stop here, but most of them continue to Venice Santa Lucia (Venice Island). Travelers who wish to reach Venice will be required to either switch here to a Venice Island bound train.
From the car and bus station of Piazzale Roma, you can catch water bus line # 5.1 or # 4.1 or # 6 (fast lines, they take 33 - 36 - 28 minutes) or #1 (panoramic journey through the Gran Canal, it takes 1 hour) and get off at S.Elena stop. From S.Elena only 2 minutes walking to reach our B&B, it's an ocher yellow house facing to the park and the lagoon. You can see the map of the journey with the waterbus (blue color for line # 5.1 or # 4.1 or # 6, red color for line # 1) and the map of the 2 minutes walking from the waterbus stop of S. Elena till our B&B.

State Highway
SS 309 Romea from the Adriatic Coast, SS.14 from Trieste, SS.13 from Treviso, SS.11 from Padova. Venice is connected to the mainland by a 4 km. long rail and road bridge over the Venetian lagoon, called Ponte della Libertà (Freedom Bridge).
Here following our suggestions to park and how to reach our B&B.
We are located in Venice downtown and cars are not allowed to get in.
*** There are several car parks at the bus terminal of Venice, Piazzale Roma, and they are pretty expensive, costing between Euro 25 and Euro 50 per day.
You can see at this link prices and location of MAIN PARKINGS
*** You can also consider a car park in Mestre (the mainland of Venice). You can then reach Venice Piazzale Roma by bus.
For example, there is a car park just in front of the Mestre train station (Parking Stazione).
After you can catch the bus #2 going to Venice Piazzale Roma. The trip only takes around 15 minutes.
*** There are also another cheaper parkings: Park 2000 and Park Terminal, they costs Euro 5 per day.
Those parks are in "Via Righi", a street before the "Ponte della Liberta", the bridge who connects the mainland to Venice.
At 100 meters from the park there is a bus stop where you can catch any bus (all the buses are going to Venice) and you can arrive to Venice Piazzale Roma in just 5 minutes (At the park you can buy also the tickets for the bus)
